Sunset Valley Mining Company offers you an easy installment financing
plans to help your claim purchase. Your monthly payment can be as low
as $200 a month…..
Title Transfer
We will proceed with the paperwork to transfer ownership when we
receive payment in full.
Mining Privilege
You can enjoy your gold claim property before you pay it in full. Please
feel free to mine, camp and explore as soon as you sign the purchase
agreement……also as long as your payments are current. You can keep
all the gold you mine. Please don’t forget to bring a copy of your
purchase agreement whenever you visit your claim property.
All payments are non-refundable
Plan A (Zero Interest Plan) 20% down with 90 days Financing
Sunset Valley Mining Company offers 60 days and 90 days finance plans
for a placer claim (not lode claim). You are required to pay a 20% down-
payment of the total purchase amount (including a title transfer fee).
Plan B (Zero Interest Plan) 10% down with 12 months installments.
We offer one year finance plan, which you are require to pay a 10% down-
payment of a total purchase amount (including a title transfer fee &
annual maintenance fees).
Plan C (Lower Interest Plan) 10% down up 4 years financing
We offer short term (up to 4 years) finance plan with a low interest (5%).
You are required to pay a 10 % down-payment of a total purchase price.
Plan D (Customized) Flexible Plan!!!
We are always very flexible about our payment plans. We can customize
a finance plan to meet your specific needs.

Annual maintenance & service fees covers a buyer's mining privilege, annual BLM & County
recorder's fees during a loan period. The number of the fees depend on your loan period. Our
BLM fee cut-off is June 1st*. For example, there are two June 1st in your loan period, you will
have two fees ($300 x 2 =$600). The annual maintenance & service fees are calculated per
contiguous 20 acres or a fraction there of. For example your claim is 10 acres your yearly
maintenance fee is $300.
There is no penalty for early paid-off your total balance. If you pay off your total balance prior to
June 1st each year, we will refund the following annual maintenance & service fee(s).
*BLM maintenance fee is due every September. However, due to the numbers of the claims we
process, we need at least three months to prepare all of the annual maintenance fees.
